Pickup point
The first time I’ve had something shipped to a pickup point.
according to the courier, the item has been there for at least a day. The app says I have to wait for an SMS. Is it possible that the pickup point operator forgot to send it to me? How does pickup work, is an ID document enough? Or can anyone collect it with authorization?

Mentore3 years agoBy SMS or email you should receive the code to pick up the package. If you don't pick it up in person, you'd need an authorization letter with a photocopy of one of your ID documents. Go to the Fermopoint website for more information.
Since the destination point should be near your home, try contacting them.
