pickup point
Good morning,
The last order I placed was delivered, as I had indicated, to a pickup point.
At the time of ordering, I was told that I would receive an SMS upon arrival.
I never received an SMS.
In addition, although shipping was free, when I picked it up I had to pay €2.
Which was not specified at the time of ordering.
I wrote to the seller, who was surprised by this.
I will not use that pickup point anymore.

It was indeed handled by Poste Italiane.
I don't know what to tell you...

Mentore3 years agoYou can also send an Italian Post shipment to a BRT Fermopoint, but they still can't ask you for anything.
Report what happened to Fermopoint.

Mentore3 years agoOnly if the item came from a non-EU country can there be a justification for what was requested.
Otherwise make a report to BRT, the Fermopoint locations are not authorized to ask for anything for package pickup.

The item was coming from Italy.
I don't know the courier.
Probably Poste Italiane. They told me that if the courier had been different I wouldn't have paid

Only BRT Fermopoint locations are partnered with eBay and they have some rules, including.....
NO PAYMENTS AT THE POINT
The point you choose must absolutely not ask you for any kind of fee for pickup and/or for holding your package, since the service is prepaid: let us know immediately if this should happen.
