Is it normal that a pickup point made me pay €2,50 to hand over the parcel to me (which I had already paid for at the time of purchase)? Thanks

Mentore1 year agoBut if you chose it on your own, entering the address manually and without having an eCP code, then yes, it's normal.

OP1 year agoHi, I chose it from the list of pickup points that eBay offered at the time of purchase.

If you selected the pickup point on eBay's checkout page, you shouldn't have had to pay anything.
Report the incorrect pickup point to BRT.

OP1 year agoHi marioelegio. That's what I did, I reported it to fermopoint and I was refunded the money. Thanks for the reply
