I made a purchase, I wanted to enter a parcel locker or a post office point as the shipping address, but I couldn’t find the option to do so during the checkout process. Now I’m wondering, since the product hasn’t been shipped yet and the order hasn’t even been processed, what can I do to have the purchased product sent to a parcel locker or post office point instead of my home address? Thanks

Mentore1 year agoIf the seller doesn't use the Fermo Point option, you have to have it sent to your address.
Anyway, if you've already paid, you can't change the delivery address.
