Hello, I purchased some products, in particular DVDs. If I select the single item, I can set the pickup point, which I find much more convenient than waiting for delivery to home or office.
In this case I bought several DVDs and asked for a single shipment, since automatically in the basket it added up the shipping costs of each individual item.
The total was then calculated, but I can no longer select the pickup point and it has it shipped to my home address.
How can this be changed? Is it a problem with the seller (who, however, replied that there is nothing he can do), or is it an anomaly that I can have Ebay change?

The pickup point can only be selected for a single item.
