Pickup point cancel the option
Good morning
today I sold an item and the buyer is asking for shipping to a pickup point with entry of the eCP code. I wasn’t familiar with the service and checked my selling settings and the service is listed as "not enrolled".
This time I’ll ship to the requested pickup point, but I don’t want to join these services with additional intermediaries; the post office is enough for me. How can I be sure that my future buyers won’t be able to request it? Thanks

OP1 year agoSorry, I hadn't explained myself clearly, I didn't have any contact with the buyer. eBay gave me the pickup point address with the eCP code directly in the email where they informed me of the sale.
That's why I can't explain what happened, I just hope it doesn't happen again.
