Good morning everyone,a pickup point, selected from those proposed by Ebay to receive orders placed, refused to accept a book parcel and a registered book parcel (with tracking number). Poste Italiane, responsible for the shipment, upon my report “verified” that that point does not accept “mail” but only parcels, telling me that in my area only one accepts both parcels and mail even though there are many others present that, according to them, do not do so; it seems crazy to me and above all that they told me a “nonsense” since with others, always in my area, I have never had any problems. At this point choosing the pickup point on Ebay is a lottery.......
