Pick-up point with package from abroad
Good morning,
has anyone ever had a package shipped from abroad to a pickup point?
If I change the address set on eBay and write the one for a pickup point, can the package be delivered there or not?

you cannot use the Fermo Point service offered by ebay for international shipments, as it is reserved only for domestic shipments.
The reason is obvious: FP are not authorized to pay any duties or customs charges on your behalf.

Let me explain better: I replace my address with a Fermo Point and have the package coming from Europe sent there, ok?

Mentore1 year agoAh well... do you mean that you're a Fermo Point BRT affiliate and you buy a fermoticket before placing the order on ebay?
Because otherwise, if you simply provide the FP address without any confirmation code, the package will be refused.

OP1 year agoWhen the package arrives at the pickup point, they notify you with the tracking.
To pick it up, leave the name !
