Collection Point: Missing SMS and Email + How long in storage?

Good morning,

I searched around a bit but I couldn't find information that I think would be useful to everyone,

if someone would be so kind as to tell me:

How long does a parcel stay at the Pickup Point?

Could this information be added to some FAQ, guide, etc.?

Another question:

Why doesn't eBay send SMS messages or even better an email to inform the buyer when the parcel

is available for pickup?

Is there a way to inform the people in charge? Can someone do it?

I had not found the page, sorry for the inconvenience.

Regarding eCP, I noticed that it is already present in the order confirmation email...

I saw that the package is ready for pickup on the site but no confirmation email,

meaning that if I don't go looking for it on purpose, no communications arrive by email.

I'll wait to see if anything arrives.
