unfortunately, I'm about to sue Ebay for embezzlement
I have no other solution but to instruct my lawyer to sue Ebay for embezzlement and everything else that can be deemed applicable. For over a month now I sold a ceramic statue for about 600 euros; the person who received it said that it has some damage, ok no problem, you send me back the ceramic and I’ll give you your money back............instead, with tricks and various excuses, the sneaky guy, with Ebay’s complicity, will keep the money and the item.................... trust me, sell on Ebay.........................................

Maybe he'll start to understand how the world works when his lawyer presents him with a bill of a thousand euros for getting nothing done.

Mentore3 years agoGood luck, on top of the money and the item, you'll also be stuck with a hefty fee.
Make sure you explain well to your lawyer that the sly guy found the complicity not only of ebay but above all of a much less sly seller, who did not want to follow ebay procedures and who did not provide the prepaid return label in the required time.

OP3 years agoThe return label cannot be prepared for locations in the United States, I offered a refund for the shipping cost, but he refused

Mentore3 years agoeBay's rules clearly state that if the item does not match the description... so even if it is damaged... it is your responsibility to arrange collection at your own expense.
If you don't do it, you risk losing both the money and the item, which should be available to you for collection, so contact the buyer and tell them that you will send a courier at your own expense...
It is pointless to take legal action when you have not respected the rules that govern the marketplace.
