When you win a dispute and get a refund, does the seller lose the product and the money?

Mentore2 years agoIf you receive the refund and still have the item in your hands, the item goes back to being the seller's property, so it is right to keep it available for the seller to pick up or to return it depending on the reason for the dispute.
Remember that if you pretend nothing happened and keep the item, you could be reported for misappropriation.
