Has anyone else had problems with refunds on eBay? I canceled an order on February 12 and they assured me the refund would arrive within 3-5 business days, but after 13 I haven't received anything. I contacted the seller and support, but they keep giving me vague answers. Does anyone know how to fix the problem quickly?

eBay cannot guarantee that you will receive the refund within 3-5 days, as it depends on the bank you used to pay.
In fact, in the rules, it is clearly stated that a refund can take up to 30 days.
You simply need to be patient.
