Hello, on March 13 I ordered a package that was shipped to me on March 18 with Posta 1 (yes, that one, the famous package that comes from the province of Catanzaro!) and delivery was expected between March 20 and 26, but, guess what, it still hasn't arrived.The seller called the Poste Italiane toll-free number a few days ago and the operator told him that very likely (Posta 1 does not include tracking, so the package's location cannot be determined exactly) the package could be at the Poste Italiane sorting center in Rome Fiumicino. The same operator told the seller that the recipient of the package (that is, me) should call the aforementioned sorting center to find out whether the package is actually there.I tried calling all the phone numbers I found online several times, but: either they don't answer, or it's disconnected, or the number doesn't exist.So I in turn called the Poste toll-free number to find out whether they at least had a contact that could let me speak with the sorting center, and a very kind operator told me that, despite repeated attempts by Poste, the sorting center refuses to provide Poste itself with contact details such as a phone number, email, or public opening hours.Finally, she repeated that the best way to make sure the package is at the sorting center is to try going there in person (but I only use public transportation and would be forced to walk risky stretches to reach the location). So I'm asking: does anyone here happen to work at Cmp Roma Fiumicino or know how to contact them? If you have any contact details and could send them to me privately, I would be infinitely grateful! (Ps. Yes, I have already opened - in agreement with the seller - the dispute for a package not received, and I asked to have the item resent to me with another shipping service that includes tracking).
