Hi everyone, on October 9 I bought an item on eBay that I need for a birthday present; it’s a CD by a K-pop band.
The seller is Japanese. Before buying, I talked to her and made sure the CD was packaged and had all the gadgets inside; she confirmed to me that it was sealed by sending me the photo, so I bought it.
At the time of purchase, eBay showed me an estimated delivery date from November 20 to 13, which is perfect because I need the CD for the beginning of December.
Now it’s October 21 and the girl still hasn’t created the shipping code. She has all positive reviews. I’ve just realized now (because when I bought it I was in a hurry since it was the last CD left and I didn’t check properly — yes, I know, my mistake) that from receiving payment she usually ships within 20 working days. So what do you think, should I write to her? To ask roughly when she’ll ship? Or should I just wait? I don’t know what to do because I’m afraid it won’t arrive in time

Mentore11 months agoIf it says it ships within 20 business days, you have to wait at least that long before contacting her.
Shipping times will then also depend on customs, so it's hard to say whether it will arrive on time or not.
