Does anyone know how to get out of this situation?

On December 3 I placed an order in Holland for 2 speakers. After 20 long days in Hermes' hands, the package perhaps arrives in Italy in the hands of HR Parcel, which on the 22nd fakes a delivery and marks the recipient as absent. All false. Then on the 29th they update everything saying that on the same day they attempted the failed delivery, an hour later they put it back out for delivery and delivered it. So, was I there or not? Yes, I was there but they never came by. They are unreachable. I had them write several times even by Altroconsumo but their replies are just words in the wind. The seller, besides being nonexistent, is also unpleasant and gives really rude answers. I hope eBay steps in, even if I don't have much hope
