Does anyone know what's happening?
On 18/05/2023 I bought from ****, n° 2 Ciare speakers 165 mm 4 ohm 40/120 W, after registering (first name, last name, e-mail, address and phone number), I received the welcome message with the attached email address for any questions or information regarding my order. I don't know whether the package has been shipped because I never received the shipping number, tracking, etc... After sending several emails, I never received a reply, I asked that it not be shipped anymore. With each email sent, a logo with a surfer appears along with the message that I would be contacted as soon as possible. To this day I am still waiting. However, I found the surprise on my credit card statement, where the charge has been made. I sent an email to get some news. I am waiting to be contacted as soon as possible. I hope that if it was canceled I will get a refund on my credit card.

given that you can't cancel the order, have you tried contacting the seller directly from the seller's listing, leaving out the external eBay system?
