Can someone tell me why when buying an item on Ebay, to deliberately avoid Amazon, it gets delivered by Amazon?

Obviously the seller you bought from has Amazon as a supplier or uses their logistics... this is if the seller is a professional one.

If, on the other hand, you bought from a private seller, they are doing unauthorized drop shipping...
