I noticed a new fee introduced by those crafty foxes at eBay, called regulatory compliance fee. could someone kindly explain to me what it is and whether it applies to every sale regardless of the sale amount?I apologize, but despite my degree from Oxford, my masters at Harvard University, etc. etc... (obviously in an ironic sense) I didn’t quite understand.
