What are the return conditions for an item with returns not accepted?
Hello, I received a return request, because according to the customer it is not working, for an item with returns not accepted.
What conditions are there in these cases?

Mentore3 years agoRefused returns can only be provided for by private sellers with regard to the buyer’s change of mind. No seller can, however, oppose a return request for a non-conforming item (as established by the civil code).
So if the customer believes that the item does not match the listing and eBay agrees with them, you are forced to take your item back (arranging the return at your own expense) and then refund the buyer.
If you do not act within the indicated time, eBay will do it, and then recover the money from you.

Mentore3 years agoThe conditions are the same for all sellers who receive return requests for items that are non-compliant or not working... so you can’t exempt yourself from accepting it.
Your refusal of the return applies only and exclusively to change of mind or a purchase made by mistake.
