When will the package arrive
I replaced the iPhone 12 mini and it went through fine, the customer contacted eBay to return it and they accepted, I didn't receive the iPhone but they have already removed the rating that was made, when will it arrive?

If he doesn't want to give it back to you even at your expense, Report him for embezzlement.

Mentore2 years agoContact the buyer and provide him with a prepaid return label and tell him that if he doesn’t ship it, you’ll report him for misappropriation.
Now, there’s nothing else you can do... because you should have done it before!

OP2 years agoHello, I’m contacting you again about the same problem. I bought the shipping label, I sent it to the buyer a week ago, but I still haven’t heard anything about the shipment and it doesn’t even show up in tracking. I’ve been writing to them every day without getting a response.

Mentore2 years agoAside from the Italian that’s a bit hard to translate, ebay can never accept a return request on your behalf, also because for a change of mind you could have simply refused.
So a claim was opened for item not as described, you did nothing and didn’t provide the return label, the buyer must have asked ebay for help and ebay must have refunded them with your money.
So, moral of the story, the phone, if you don’t do something yourself, will never come back!
