When I try to pay for the order, the item and shipping prices are higher than the original ones

Question

I won an auction, item value of 50 Euro and shipping of 20 Euro = 70 Euro TOTAL TO PAY.

When I try to pay for the item I notice that the prices have changed: the item goes up to 61 Euro and shipping to 24,40 Euro, TOTALING 85,40 Euro !!!

What do I need to do to pay the right price??

You're already paying the right price... You're buying from a non-EU seller and VAT is being added... that's normal. Kind regards.

If you're right, though, Ebay should be transparent and make it explicit what you're paying extra for. That is, add a description to the changed values, and why they changed.

Otherwise people like me don't understand and get confused.
