A buyer made me an offer for an item that was lower, and I accepted. The buyer paid eBay and eBay asked me to ship the item. At that point the buyer changed their mind and asked me not to ship the item and to be able to recover the money, which I never saw! What should I do, do I risk having to pay eBay the fee anyway, or if I accept and cancel everything will I have no costs to bear?
