I received a broken and unusable item , I contacted the seller and he told me it would be better to send me a new one and that I could throw the old one away , but after I closed the return process , he is not sending me anything because he says he doesn't have my address , and for safety I won't send it outside the eBay circuit . also because he has my address on the eBay account and he had already sent me the item .
I realized that the seller ripped me off because once you close the eBay return case, they basically wash their hands of it I lost €13.99 I will have to order another item from somewhere else .
