hello dear friends ,I received a broken and unusable item , I contacted the seller and he told me it would be better to send me a new one and that I could throw the old one away , but after I closed the return process , he is not sending me anything because he says he doesn't have my address , and for safety I won't send it outside the eBay circuit . also because he has my address on the eBay account and he had already sent me the item .I realized that the seller ripped me off because once you close the eBay return case, they basically wash their hands of it I lost €13.99 I will have to order another item from somewhere else .
