Mentore3 years agoIn the past you’ve made several purchases and, from the feedback you’ve left, it seems everything went well.
So, as Sika said, the percentage of people complaining is very low and is concentrated on this forum. If everything goes well, you hardly ever come here to say so.
Out of over 500 purchases and almost 400 feedbacks, I’ve only had to leave one negative and one neutral. In the other cases, when there was a problem it was resolved satisfactorily.

Out of 10 complaints, do you know how many transactions go through without any problems?
