How much time is useful for a refund?
I requested a refund on August 13 because of an incorrect order, so it was canceled right away. Ebay informed me that the refund had been issued and that it would take 3-5 business days, but I still haven’t received anything.

Mentore2 years agoIf you got the eBay email on the 13th, the refund was issued within the next two business days, so by August 16th.
Now it all depends on your bank, that is, on the terms and conditions of your account and your credit card. There are banks that make the money available the very next day (the third business day), and others that, when it’s being transferred to the card, take weeks.
