I noticed that every month I get a charge of this kind:

for 29 euros, I called the bank and they replied that it is a subscription I signed up for, but honestly I do not remember at all subscribing to this type of service.

Could you please help me?

Seems like a company that runs a menu service for restaurants accessible via QR code.

For sure you authorized a standing bank transfer or direct debit, ask your bank to block it.
