Guys, I need help
I made a mess of it, I ordered two 20kg plates, one was stolen during transit so I made the return and I have to send back the plate that arrived for the full refund by September 5. I thought I had to enter the old outbound shipping code and the courier I wanted to use before shipping it, now the package is marked as sent back with the old shipping code but I haven't shipped it yet and I have until September 5, I'm afraid I won't receive the refund, could someone help me by telling me what to do?
