Guys, a question: should I refund an item that appears to have been paid for
As I was saying, I need to issue a full refund for a product, but how does it work? Do I refund it right away even if I haven’t actually received that payment yet?

Mentore3 years agoYes, as a new seller you have payments on hold for at least 15 days.

When the hold expires, they will credit your money to the checking account you linked to your account. They will also credit back the variable part of the selling fees (you'll only lose the fixed part of 35 cents).
