"... reached the total value of the items you can put up for sale," but that's not true...
Good morning,
since neither the chat nor the customer service “contact me” service on eBay work, and when you call the toll-free number you’re asked for a code that it’s impossible to obtain (!!!), I’m asking the users for help:
I’d like to post a new listing, but the system says “You have reached the total value of the items you can list for sale. This month you can list items with a total value of € 6,000.00”. The value has absolutely not been exceeded; on the contrary, it’s less than half, according to the “summary”.
How can this be resolved?

Mentore3 years agoGood morning,
within the sales limits you should not look only at the total value, but also at the number of listings posted and sold.
If the number of "other items" available is zero, even if you have €3000 of available value, you cannot put any more items up for sale until next month.
Kind regards.

Mentore3 years agoGiven that the toll-free number has not been active for years, chat works and the request to be called is to the mobile number registered on your account. https://www.ebay.it/help/account/contacting-ebay-customer-service/contatta-ebay?id=4379&st=3&pos=1&query=Contatta%20eBay&intent=contatta%20ebay&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1326
The selling limit is the sum of the individual listings, each considered with the number of times listed in the month. https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/listings/limiti-di-vendita?id=4107&st=3&pos=1&query=Limiti%20di%20vendita&intent=limiti%20vendita&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1046
