report between buyer and some of the sellers
Good morning I noticed as a buyer that it is difficult to have dealings with some sellers in particular I made a return and suddenly the seller stopped replying to emails I think that is uncivil behavior since we buyers are the ones bringing in the money fortunately I was refunded ...

OP2 years agoAnyway, I want to make one thing clear: when you buy something, there is always the possibility of making a return, and the reasons are more than valid, and with this I’ll close.

Mentore2 years agoSure, it may be harder to deal with certain buyers.
You choose your sellers, not your buyers.

OP2 years agoMario, I can tell you as a buyer that I have dealt with sellers who are real professionals and it was truly a pleasure to buy from them
the problem is that we buyers pay in advance without having anything in hand a bit of empathy from sellers does good and communication is essential I’ll give you an example:
if a seller says " you can buy and I can reply to you at the end of August because I’m on vacation" you avoid a buyer sending you many messages one word is little and two are too many

Mentore2 years agoIn distance selling, the balance of power has now reversed. The weaker party today is the seller.
You proved it yourself, you got the refund even by refusing to collect the registered letter.

OP2 years agofirst of all I didn't pick up the registered letter right away to save on shipping costs after 30 days it gets sent back check the Poste Italiane website then on eBay's advice I had to pick up the registered letter anyway and send it back to get the refund if you don't know the facts don't judge just because the reason concerned the certification of the authenticity of the autographs

OP2 years agoI forgot, I had even gone out of my way to meet him about possible return shipping costs too, but he, rude as he is, refused

Mentore2 years agoAs a seller, though, I’ve noticed that with certain buyers it’s not hard to get along... but they really ought to be eliminated!
So there’s no point in always looking only at your own little patch; I’ve always maintained that it’s the way you approach things that makes the difference!
Have a good day.

Mentore2 years agoI can see it stings for you too... the feedback you got for that transaction explains exactly how you came across.
Have a good day.
