Negative review for cancellation of an order with an incomplete shipping address

Good morning, I’ve just received a negative review that violates eBay’s rules, and I was wondering how to request its removal.  I received an order from Ireland with an incomplete address: part of the postal code was missing and, because of that, the “eBay shipping” platform did not recognize the address.
