Complaint to eBay, not the seller
Summary: marietto6212 expresses frustration about discrepancies between photos and part numbers on an eBay store, which prevent him from buying the correct parts for his car. Despite attempts to get clarification, the incorrect information remains unchanged. He asks for advice on how to effectively report this problem to eBay.
Good morning, I’d like to ask how to point out to eBay that the photos it posts and the codes do not match reality, that is, I’ve been trying for three months to buy from an eBay shop and based on photos or OEM codes that match what I need, I’m then told by the seller, after their request for my car’s chassis number, that they’re not suitable, apologizing that the eBay platform is causing a mess with photos and codes, and after three months the photos are still there and the codes too, so I’d like to point this out to eBay.
Thank you for any advice
Mario.
