Hello. I ordered two toys (Beyblade). I received another item and not the one I ordered, and both are not original but fake. I sent the photos of the item received (which is not the one ordered), alongside a photo of the original one (which I already had), to Paypal, opening a claim.
Paypal rejected it because it asked me to ship the items to the seller in my name. Now I can't open a claim with Ebay.
What can I do to get my money back and make a return but at the seller's expense ?
Are these really the guarantees that Paypal and Ebay offer ?

Yes, because you did everything wrong: first you should have contacted Ebay, which would have had the item returned at the seller’s expense; only then Paypal, and in any case after returning it.
