the buyer accepts shipping by ordinary untrackable book post. They did not receive the book within the expected time. Request a refund. How should I behave? Thanks

If you offer, among the various options, an untraceable shipment, you do so at your own exclusive risk and peril.
In the event of non-delivery (whether real or bogus), the law requires you to refund.
Anything you write in the listing or in messages that goes against this rule is considered an unfair clause and therefore void.
