Debt collection without having made any purchases

I’d like to know if this also happens to you, getting emails from eBay saying that I’ll be contacted by debt collection if I don’t pay immediately... I haven’t made any purchases on eBay for months and I haven’t even left anything in the cart... but what am I supposed to pay? What? I don’t know.....
