Hello, do you know if it is possible to request a refund of the taxes paid at the time of customs clearance for an item, if you subsequently return the same item abroad?I bought a chronograph from a Japanese seller. I returned it because a document was missing. I received a refund of the amount paid, but the seller refused to reimburse me for the damage suffered because of their untrue statement in the listing (if the document had been there, I would have kept the item).EBAY support says it is not their job to step in.
