Refund didnt came
Hello I still haven’t received a refund for the order 01-13242-38520. The seller is not responding to my messages. He already told me a week ago the refund its on the way and now he is disappeared. Please could you intervene and talk with him?

If you opened the correct procedure for the refund (return or item not received) and you received the email from eBay confirming the refund has been issued, you can wait up to 30 days.
If you haven't done any of that and you're in the seller's hands, I'm afraid you'll never see the refund!
