I bought an item on EBAY, choosing a pickup point. Unfortunately, since the courier still hasn’t learned how to read a clock, or rather the opening hours of the pickup-point shop, he decides, by his own exclusive fiat, to leave it at a post office of his own choosing. I open a dispute with a young employee of EBAY customer service who decides, without warning me and after only a few minutes, to close it against me, even though the seller wrote (and I provided) that there was a courier service failure! The EBAY employee - errand boy said that when you choose a pickup point, the courier can independently decide to leave the parcel wherever he wants, even under the Leaning Tower of Pisa! It will be the buyer’s job to go and collect it wherever it is (to me that seems like a load of crap )!I read the rules but I can’t find this point indicated to me by the EBAY errand-boy employee about the courier’s autonomy and/or free choice to decide where to leave the package without following the addresses agreed in the purchase contract.....Maybe it’s time for EBAY SERVICE to finally decline because of the customer service employees, overly ignorant or stupid kids, who have no logical ability whatsoever. It’s clear that if what happened to me and was backed up by the customer service guy were allowed, collusion between sellers and couriers would allow the former to cash in the price without ever delivering the product, because it would obviously be inconvenient for the buyer to collect it. Hmm!Evidently in recent years EBAY has gotten worse, sinking into absolute filth because of incapable and foolish employees!P.S. : I then bought the same item on AMAZON. it was delivered to the pickup point CHOSEN BY ME in just 48 hours. GREAT AND VERY GOOD.LONG LIVE AMAZON. Its customer service and the attention to how the guys behave is extremely high.If anyone finds the rule pointed out to me by customer service about the courier’s free choice of where to leave the packages, let me know....... AHAHAHAH!
