I started the return but by mistake I canceled it... on the second try I was no longer able to reopen the return... it told me that once canceled I could no longer make the return. How can I do to solve the problem given that the item that was shipped to me does not work? thanks

On eBay you can’t do anything anymore, you simply should have been more careful.

Now you must contact the payment method exclusively.
