Hello, I need to make a return but eBay is showing me a shipping code without first giving me a label to purchase to actually make the return. How can I fix this?

if you haven't officially opened a return request, correctly specifying the reason, it's impossible for eBay to provide you with a code without a label...
Carefully check the code you're talking about... what is it??
