Restitution
hi everyone, I started the return process for a fan electronic item I ordered. Unfortunately this item arrived with a fan that is 10cm larger than the one requested, which makes the motor overheat. I contacted the seller who told me "well, 10cm more is nothing" but that’s not true. now what I don’t understand is why I should pay for the return shipping. We’re not talking about a dress but about something where the measurements are standard.
