How long do you have for a return or to cancel an order that was sent by mistake?

Mentore10 months agoAn order cannot be cancelled, you can only ask the seller to do you the favor of cancelling it, and they may refuse.
If the item arrives and the seller accepts returns, you have 30 days from delivery to open a request and send it back at your own expense.
If instead the seller does not accept returns, you’ll have to keep it.
