OP3 years agoHi, I received this message: ‘the seller told us that they can’t purchase a shipping label for the return… the seller pays the return shipping costs’, so how do I make the return and how will I be reimbursed for the costs? Thanks

Mentore3 years agoWell... then it’s not at your expense... remember that if you pay, you’ll hardly get the shipping costs reimbursed... so, if the seller doesn’t cooperate by providing you with a prepaid label, ask eBay to intervene:
