Resolution
Hi, I need to make a return. In the return it says that the seller pays the return shipping costs, so they should send me a return label, instead they write to me “we apologize for the fact that we do not have a label, we have already accepted your return request, could you use a package to send the item back? We will refund you as soon as the item has been received” The seller has until January 25 to arrange the shipment. What should I do, should I pay for the shipping myself or ask eBay for help? Thanks

Mentore3 years agoI had already written to you what to do! .... after 4 working days from the opening of the return procedure, ask for eBay's intervention.
