Resolution
Hello, I started a claim for the return/refund of a defective item. The seller was not able to send me a shipping label, so I sent it at my own expense. However, in the amount received as a refund, the expense I incurred was not included. What should I do?

Mentore3 years agoNothing... you weren’t supposed to pay the return shipping costs yourself but ask the seller for them, if he played dumb you could have asked eBay to step in...
If the seller doesn’t want to pay them back to you, you can’t force him... but you could have forced him earlier...
