hi, I’ve been registered since 2005 but I’ve only ever bought items. Now I’ve posted an ad and it’s forcing me to include returns, otherwise it won’t let me publish the ad. How can I change this since the item is used and I’m a private seller? Thanks for the help.

OP3 years agoThanks for the reply, but I’m a private seller. To sell, it had me go through a series of registrations and now I’d like to switch to private as well because that’s what I am.. I think I need to contact eBay directly to make the change..!!

Mentore3 years agoIf you have a professional account, you can’t switch to a private one... only if you can prove there was an error during registration can support help you... so it doesn’t hurt to ask...

your account is professional and therefore, as such, you are obliged to accept any type of return.
Unfortunately, you cannot switch to a private account.
