Good morning, a customer is asking me for a return because the product has missing parts, but in my listing there are photos that reflect the parts included, “sold as shown in the photos.” The listing does not accept returns, how should I handle this? Do I have to refund them?
Thanks

Mentore3 years agoIf you didn’t clearly specify that there were missing pieces (compared to how the item is normally sold new), the item is not compliant and (as Sika has already told you) you have to arrange the return at your own expense and refund the buyer.
As for you writing "sold as per photo", I dare anyone to claim that from a photo of a partially assembled lego they can tell whether the box is complete or not. So I believe you are completely in the wrong.

Mentore3 years agoIf the open request is for a non-compliant item, you must accept the return, arrange pickup at your expense, then refund him.
If you do nothing, you risk losing the money and the item.
Kind regards.
