Resolution
Good morning, I bought an item that I need to return. The seller contacted me about the return, asking me to send the item back without a return label to an address. Can I trust them? Can Ebay protect me?

you didn’t specify the reason for the return... so it’s not possible to tell you whether you can trust it and whether eBay can protect you...

OP2 years agoHello. I found the purchased product (smartphone) defective and I believe it is not original but very well cloned.

Mentore2 years agoSo, open the correct return procedure, and if the seller does not provide you with the label within 4 days, ask eBay to intervene.
Don't ship it on your own, because besides not getting the refund you'll have less protection.
