I purchased an item as an unregistered user and now I need to return it. I started a return request, but on the return details page when I click on "buy a return label" it takes me to the "return label center" page. I click on the start option and it takes me to the creation of an eBay account. I created the account but it tells me that at the moment there are no returns that require labels

Mentore2 years agoYou are not required to use eBay's shipping manager, especially since the correct procedure would have been to create the account before placing the order so that you could retrieve it easily.
You can therefore ship it however you see fit, then manually update the procedure afterwards.
